We are Anders Husa and Kaitlin Orr - food and travel bloggers and creative content creators. We quit our office jobs to travel the world and eat for a living. Our mission is to guide you to the best food experiences around the world.
From our base in Copenhagen, we operate the largest and most influential restaurant blog in Scandinavia. The blog has won multiple awards and is a leading source of information on the Nordic dining scenes. We have an audience of half a million, including UA-cam and Instagram (@andershusa and @carnivorr).
Additionally, we are official TasteHunters (digital ambassadors) for The World’s 50 Best and have previously been global jurors for the 360° Eat Guide, which promotes sustainability in the food industry.

We returned to Disfrutar in Barcelona to experience the Living Table concept. It’s a special table for up to 6 people, tucked behind the wine cellar, inside the research & development kitchen of Disfrutar. The first part of the menu is a mix of seasonal and signature dishes. I totally don't agree with you. Eating so called small bites that wasted about three hours. Absoluitely NO NO NO!!!! The food is strong and you definitely wanted to drtin water and they charge water price at an absolutely rediculous price. If you are extremely rich and wanted to waste your time, thenyou can go here.

And tastes Burnt 🔥, when I know how to slowly roast everything so it doesn't taste burnt. And then I I add Fresh Ground Peppercorn Medley. Peoples if you don't know what that is seek It out. Especially good 👍 in Homemade Sausage Gravy!!!
